I received a faulty item or the wrong product. What should I do?

Please contact us within 15 days of delivery by sending photos of the item and packaging to sales.department@northfrontieruk.com Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Yes. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for delivery and then request a return within the 15-day period.


How does the return and exchange policy work?
