Service Area: We ship to any address within the United Kingdom.
Free Shipping: All purchases made on our website include free delivery, regardless of the order value or the number of items in your basket.
Timelines and Delivery Flow
To help you better plan for when you will receive your items, we have organised our logistical schedule into clearly defined stages:
Order Cut-off Time: Orders with payment approved by 2:00 pm (UK time) will enter the picking process on the same working day. Purchases confirmed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the following working day.
Handling Time: Our team takes 2 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) to inspect, prepare, and carefully pack each item before dispatch.
Transit Time: Once dispatched, the carrier will complete delivery within 6 to 12 working days (Monday to Friday), depending on your region.
Total Estimate: Combining handling and transit times, the expected window for you to receive your order is 8 to 17 working days.

We work with national postal services and private carriers across the United Kingdom. The best option for each order is chosen based on the destination region and the timeframe required to ensure your garments arrive in perfect condition.
Tracking Your Order
Dispatch Email: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing the tracking code and a direct link to follow every movement of your parcel.
Responsibility for the Delivery Address
Delivery will be made exclusively to the address registered at the time of checkout. We strongly recommend checking all details before completing your purchase. If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, a new shipping fee may be charged for the second delivery attempt.
Protection Against Damage and Loss
Damaged Package on Delivery: If the packaging arrives with visible damage, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If the issue is identified after opening, you have up to 15 days to notify us via sales.department@northfrontieruk.com, including photos of the item and the packaging.
Confirmed Loss or Theft: In verified cases of loss during transit, North Frontier guarantees your choice between the dispatch of a replacement product or a full refund of the amount paid.
