Refund policy

North Frontier fully complies with consumer protection laws and guarantees your right to exchange, return, and receive a refund on all orders. Below are the detailed procedures for each situation.

Request Deadline
You may request an exchange or return within 15 (fifteen) consecutive days from the date you received the product.

Product Conditions for Returns
For a return to be approved, the product must meet the following conditions:

Condition: In good condition (we accept both new and unused items).

No Damage: Free from damage caused by improper or intentional use.

Packaging: In the original packaging (preferably).

Accessories: The product must include all original accessories that came in the box.

Proof of Purchase: Accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

Restocking Fee
North Frontier does not charge a restocking fee (£0.00) for any return situation.

Returns due to Manufacturing Defects
Situation: The product was delivered with a defect or developed a manufacturing fault.
Return Shipping Cost: North Frontier will cover all return shipping costs.

Please provide your order number and describe the defect.

Send us photos of the product demonstrating the manufacturing defect.

Wait for the return instructions to be sent to you by email (at no cost to you).

Post the product using a local postal service, preferably in its original packaging with all accessories.

Upon receipt and verification of the defect, we will email you to choose between an exchange for a new item or a full refund. If you choose an exchange, North Frontier will cover all shipping costs.

Refund Period: Within 10 working days after the product is received and verified at our distribution centre.

Returns for Change of Mind

Situation: You have decided not to keep the product within the 15-day window.
Return Shipping Cost: North Frontier will cover all return shipping costs.

Procedure:

Contact us via email or phone.

Provide the order number and the reason for the return.

Wait for the return instructions to be sent via email (at no cost to you).

Post the product with the original packaging (preferably) and all accessories.

Upon receipt and verification, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.

Exchanges (Size, Colour, or Model)

Situation: You wish to exchange the product for a different size, colour, or model.
Return Shipping Cost: North Frontier will cover all return shipping costs.

Procedure:

Contact us via email or phone.

Provide the order number, the reason for the exchange, and the new product you desire.

Wait for the return instructions via email (at no cost to you).

Post the product with the original packaging and all accessories.

Upon receipt and verification, we will dispatch the new product.
Note: If there is a price difference, you will need to pay the balance or receive a partial refund.

Lost or Stolen Cargo

Situation: The product was not delivered, and tracking indicates it was lost or stolen in transit.
Procedure: Contact us with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Once the loss is confirmed, you may choose between a reshipment or a full refund.
Cost: North Frontier covers all costs in the event of loss or theft.

Cancellation while in Transit

Situation: You want to cancel the order, but it has already been dispatched.
Procedure:

Cancellations are not permitted once the order has been shipped.

When the product arrives, refuse the delivery or do not collect it from the post office.

The product will automatically return to our distribution centre.

Contact us to inform us of the refusal. The refund will be processed once the item returns to us.

Refund Timelines by Payment Method
Refunds are processed within 10 working days after the product analysis.

Credit Card: The reversal is processed within 10 working days. (Note: It may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer).
